You are correct that making my steam cleaner purchase took a lot of research…months in fact! And now that I have had my steam cleaner, I know that the research paid off!

My Vapor Clean II is the best product and the best value on the market. I use it almost daily in the kids’ playroom, and on my hardwood floors and on my tile floors, upholstery, windows, oven, the list goes on and on and on. It’s ridiculously easy to use and given the workout it gets (2 kids, 2 dogs, a cat, and a husband!), I can assure you that it’s very durable. Beyond the actual product, I have to say that the customer service was also a big part of my purchase decision. You were exceedingly knowledgeable, helpful and actually seemed to care about customer service, an oddity in today’s world!
My only “wish” is that it was somehow an upright so that it would be slightly easier to maneuver and I could use it even more than I do. But that’s it, which is a pretty small problem!
I have been meaning to let you know how pleased I am for some time, but just never got around to it!

I feel that the Vapor Clean was an excellent purchase. It does an excellent job cleaning household items that are usually very difficult to clean as well as disinfect. I also have purchased the Shark Steam Cleaner in the past. The Steam Vapor easily outperforms the Shark product. The machine is easy to use and well built. The accessories are well made and seem as if they would last. I would give it a 4 out of 5 star recommendation.

I enjoy my vapor clean machine. It took 15 years of dirt out of my tile groutlines that I would sit a scrub with a brush and still not get it really clean. Grout lines look like new now. I start at one end of the house to other end, doing floors, sinks, counters, stove, door knobs, and all of the bathroom. Does a great job with the shower doors. Can do the whole house on one fill.

I am very pleased with my machine. I purchased it to clean some heavy drapes that my mother used to have JC Penneys come in to clean (they're custom made by them). I have also cleaned mildew from the walls and the vents in my classroom. My coworkers were amazed at what I was doing. The vapor is good for the edges of the carpet that is hard for the vacuum cleaner to reach also.

Have not had my Vapor Clean II long, but so far, I love it! Used it to clean 2 very large stainless steel parrot cages and they've never been so clean. I particularly like the fact that it does not drip water on the floor, yet is to hot that it kills germs. Also like the vacuum-cleaner body style so it does not need to be hand-held, yet is light and portable.
Did my sofa, carpets, 2 armchairs, and the colors came up like new.
And when I needed more instructions you responded immediately!

Subj: My testimonial

Bought a Vapor Clean steam cleaner a couple of months ago and have been meaning to send testimonial - keep finding more things to clean to add to the list! I was appalled at the goo that came off my shower walls & door...that I thought I was keeping so clean with daily after-shower misting, scrubbing with soap scum remover products, and so on. If I cleaned nothing but the shower with this cleaner, it would still be worth the money.

Another aspect of the cleaner I like is more the powerful "blast" than the temperature of the steam - it really gets into crevices that before I could only ineffectually spray repeatedly with spray bottles of cleaner or assault with a toothbrush, fingernail, etc. An old alabaster lamp I hadn't realized was so dirty looks brand new and beautiful. It's great on plastics - the liquid soap dispenser pump, the electric toothbrush caddy - things that I hardly realized were so grungy and nasty looking, and now a quick blast keeps them looking new.

The icing on the cake was last week when I found that our poor old lady dog was having some kind of bladder problem and had peed in SEVERAL PLACES on ds's new pillowtop mattress. He had been away and no one had noticed his bed - the spots were dry. I went to work with the vapor cleaner, terrycloth and some Method all-purpose. When I finished not only was there absolutely NO urine odor left, but you could just barely see the stain outline.

I really bought this machine to clean the carpet and upholstery, but I think to do that effectively I would need a bigger model (although the spots in our carpet are certainly gone). However it is so useful everywhere else in the house that I'm delighted with it.

BTW the first machine that was delivered was damaged - your extremely prompt replacement is very much appreciated.

I am very happy with the machine I purchased. It works great. Basically I use this machine to clean my parrot's cage. It does a great job. I also use it to clean the shower. Again it does a fantastic job of getting rid of the soap scum and other unknowns that grow in a shower stall.
Overall I am very pleased with the unit I purchased.

Hi. My cleaning ladies love the Vapor Clean ll and wish all their customers had one. The only thing is we are having a hard time finding more of the cloths to go on the steamer. Do you sell them in pkgs? Would I buy this product again - YES. It is definitely a ***** product.

I got my vapor cleaner about 1 year ago, and I LOVE , LOVE IT! It does such a great job, and no cleaners is the best part. No fumes because I have kids and dogs, that's great! I did my BBQ and it looks new, and the white grout at my front door is white again which i didn't think was possible. I've had all the other steamers in the past, but what a waste of money, can't hold a torch to this one, it just goes and goes and never needs to be filled. I highly recommend it, it's a little more than the cheapy store or tv ones , but worth 100 times more, you'll never need another one. alexandria menard from

Our steam cleaner came in yesterday afternoon. Before the machine even came in I bought gallons of distilled water and packs of terry cloth towels. After cleaning all afternoon yesterday and a good part of today we now have a 5 gallon pail full of filthy black towels. I am a navy vet and my wife is active navy. We can both clean to military standards, and its almost embarrassing what came up with the steam. It convinced me how much dirt that cleaning products hold to the surface even after scrubbing and rinsing. We were able to clean mold from window sills, that no other product touched and steamed the mattresses and larger quilts. As a bonus, my wife steamed stains out of her navy whites after the dry cleaners, (failed to) attempted to pretreat and dry clean them.
I felt like a TV huckster as I steam cleaned our microwave dish. Even after dishwashing the microwave dish, the steam cleaner took off a heavy layer of grease. With our family living in military housing this steam cleaner is going to be the last thing packed, and one

Dear Vapor Clean Products,

I have used my steam cleaner on just about everything I could think of:
from my oven and bathroom all the way to the leather seats on my
car. I even turned the pressure gauge all the way up and used it
under my microwave and blew a missing fork out from underneath!

The only issue that I have had is that at times, right after
pressing or releasing the trigger, it spurts some water droplets
out. That can hurt quite a bit if you are not being careful.

Other than that, it has worked like a charm. Its water capacity
can usually outlast my desire to clean; The cord is very long, I
rarely have to move from plug to plug. It does leave water on
surfaces, but it is not overly wet.

All in all, I am very happy with this machine. It is not the
PERFECT cleaning system; but it is a quite a good one. I would
give my Vapor Clean a 4 out of 5.
