LOOKED AT IT - READ THE INSTRUCTIONS
THEN, YESTERDAY (SATURDAY) I TOOK IT ALL OUT OF
THE BOX - FILLED THE BOILER WITH DISTILLED WATER
('CAUSE WE HAD SOME) - LET IT HEAT UP TO
TEMPERATURE - AND THEN BECAUSE MY WIFE (AND I!)
WERE SOOOOO IMPRESSED WITH WHAT THIS THING CAN
DO, I SPENT THE ENTIRE WEEKEND (YESTERDAY AND
TODAY - I JUST FINISHED - IT'S 6:30 PM ON
SUNDAY!) CLEANING THE KITCHEN - I MEAN
EVERYTHING - THE REFRIGERATOR - THE CABINETS
(FORMICA) - THE STOVE - THE COUNTERTOP - THE
ALUMINUM WINDOWS - AND THEN THE FLOOR TILE
GROUT! OH, THE GROUT - THAT NASTY GROUT - THAT

Dear Vapor Clean,
I love my TR 5! The quality is exceptional. You
would think a steamer at this price would be
inferior to the more expensive ones. No sir. I
am very impressed with how solid it is built. I
have been using it to do auto detailing and it
has been a workhorse. I was worried initially
that it would run out of steam before I finished
my work, but it just keeps on
going! I'm so glad I found you guys before I
paid $800 for one of these.....

Greetings,
I LOVE my Vapor Cleaner! Definitely 5 Star. It has exceeded my
expectations. I had seen the mini steam cleaners on TV and at the
store and knew I wanted more power. I had no idea how much power the
TR 5 was capable of. I also didn't expect the length of time it
could be used with one fill up of water. I have not run out of water
during a single cleaning yet. Add that to the speedy steam pressure
recovery time makes this cleaner worth every penny.
I have cleaned my grout to perfection. I use it to wash my floors,
kitchen and bathrooms each week. It has cleaned several puppy
accidents on my carpeting. I also dropped my powder rouge on a light
color carpet. The more you try to dab it up and rub it out, the
worse it gets. The vapor cleaner "vaporized" the spots. The It is
terrific on jewelry and diamonds. Just finished cleaning my old
comfortable shoes into decent enough condition to take on vacation -
Last time I went on a trip I bought new shoes...My feet were killing
me for days. I steam the wrinkles in my clothing. I also steamed my
table cloth.. I have always hated ironing it and it came out
perfectly. I hung it over the shower door and steamed it from one
end to the other...Steam and then smooth and tug straight out with
your hands - Goodbye iron.
I can't think of a single way to improve it. Thank you so much for
everything. Never thought I would enjoy cleaning!

I cannot believe we did without this steamer for so long! The
results are amazing. Look at the difference in the color of our
kitchen floor grout. We had tried scrubbing pads, all kinds of
cleaning solutions not to mention tons of time to try to get it
clean. The steamer took about 6 years of dirt, grime and grease that
was trapped in the grout and restored it immediately!!
We love the TR 5 steamer and the quality of it and the attachments.
If you ever need a personal recommendation for your product, I would
be more than glad to give it (not to mention photos-seeing is
believing sometimes).
We primarily bought the vapor cleaner because I'm allergic to almost
everything! We've used the TR 5 to steam our pillows, mattresses,
drapery, wood floors, carpeting and it has done a great job. Asthma
attacks cut down along with cleaning time. I absolutely love the TR
5 and rank it up there with a shop vac as far as all around
usefulness around the house! I would highly recommend it to others.
Like I said in the other email, I cannot believe I lived without the
TR 5 for so long! The quality of the TR 5 and it's accessories is
fantastic and the job it does cannot be compared with any other
cleaning product or device.

Hey VaporCleaners:
Heres my feedback on the TR6 that I purchased a few months ago,
Christmas 2003 I believe.
* Good sturdy unit
* Intuitive to setup and get running
* Puts out good steam
* Attachments work well together and connect together smartly
* Brushes have a clever design which allows user to attach any type
of rag for cleaning
* Warranty the best in the business for this type of model
* I like how the product is designed but it is made in Italy.
However, I am very glad it did not come from China (I have issues
with how their workers are paid and treated).
* Started using distilled water only because I think it will make
the unit last longer and require less cleaning.
* Unit is used weekly for about 4 hours to clean kitchen, bathroom,
basement stairs and anything that has a safe surface. It will remove
the finish from a no wax floor but mine was shot to begin within.
* One of the unique uses I am using it for cleaning is I have an
oriental area run that had got wood stain spilled all over it.
Though its a lengthy process, the steamer is heating the petroleum
based stain and allowing it to be removed without ruining an
otherwise good rug. It hasn't taken all of the stain but it is
removing the chemical smell.
* I've noticed that cleaning times are becoming less and less
probably because there is no sticky residue left by cleaning
products. Most of my cleaners have been located to the basement as I
no longer use the ammonias, bleaches, etc.
* I would recommend the unit. The pre sales support was good and I
felt upfront and honest. I am sick and tired of unscrupulous people.
Kathy I think was her name gave me the low down and her opinions and
I bought a unit. I haven't been displeased in any way. Hey
Walmart and Home Depot are you listening? So, in a
nutshell the machine has:

I love my TR 5! The quality is exceptional. You would think a
steamer at this price would be inferior to the more expensive ones. No
sir. I am very impressed with how solid it is built. I have been using
it to do auto detailing and it has been a workhorse. I was worried
initially that it would run out of steam before I finished my work, but
it just keeps on
going! I'm so glad I found you guys before I paid $800 for one of
these.
One unique thing I noticed with using a steamer to clean the car's
interior is that it significantly reduces the amount of odor in car. It
smells a lot fresher. One key to de-odorizing the car is to steam the
vents which can
have a musty smell. I put the steamer on low-medium and spray steam
using the wand directly into each vent.
I think your service is a 5. You have always called me back when I
had
questions. Keep up the good work.
